I ordered two Private Party Swimsuits with text in black for a long birthday weekend getaway in Cancun Mexico! It took me a lot of online review hunting to figure out what size I wanted to order so that I made the right choice the first time. After multiple hours online (and on Instagram leaving comments asking what size others ordered) I finally decided to order the size M/L in the (Birthday Suit / Cake Cake Cake) text.

I know that the stigma of sizing can make it hard to order something with a larger size label then your used to but I strongly believe the most important thing to consider is the actual fit and not the way certain brands label different sizes (most of the time every brand has its own standard so make sure to consider that before purchasing!)!! I would much rather order something that fits then order a small because that is my usual size and have it arrive and be the wrong size because that brand runs small.

The shipping was as expected and arrived in roughly 5-7 days after the order was processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These suits were the perfect outfit for my trip and I even wore it as a body suit with jean shorts one night (so versatile - can actually be worn for almost any scenario when in a tropical setting). They are perfect for igniting random conversations, making new friends, and wearing with multiple people for a special occasion. Being $100.00, they certainly are not cheap for a swimsuit BUT they are really high quality and certainly worth it!!

I got really lucky with this bikini and actually purchased it at Nordstrom Rack. I bought the top first about a month before I found the bottoms. I found both of the pieces on sale but had to get large bottoms because they were the only size left. They don't look too big on when dry but it is very obvious they are not my size when I go into the water (they have to be held up the entire time). Besides the size of the bottom, this bikini is extremely comfortable and the top is actually reversible with the other side being solid blue. The cobalt color is my favorite and I love the gold tiger print. The bottoms are a bit more conservative and provide full coverage for the behind.

Moana Bikini Mix and Match

Moana Bikini

I seem to have this thing for Moana Bikini. This red Moana Bikini top is from the previous years collection and is a size MEDIUM. Originally the straps connected to the back strap of the top but it did not stay on very well for me (potential nip slip territory with the straps coming off of my shoulders). I ended up detaching the straps from the back and now tie it around my neck creating a halter type top and it is perfect! It stays on without having to worry about a potential show. 

These bottoms are from the Paradise Found Moana Bikini Collection as part of the Hidden Treasure Crop Set. They are also a size medium. The light blue and shell pattern on the bottoms really compliment any tan and look so good next to the clear blue waters of Miami Beach. These cheeky bottoms are such a cute cut and are very flattering on the derrière ;)

I love that all Moana Bikini pieces can be paired together and still look good 

(like they were, at some point, intended to be matched together).

Right now you can only purchase Moana Bikini's from their website. They are based in Australia so shipping usually takes about 15 days BUT they recently upgraded and now offer express international shipping (YAY!!). Now any order to the US will arrive in just a couple of days!
