Cabo Vacation Part 2

The amazing sunset views over the mountains from the infinity pool!!

For our first night out in Cabo I went with a striped quarter length sleeve mini dress. My secret to wearing short dress and staying comfortable is to wear black boy shorts!

This dress is actually a couple of years old and I got it at Kohls!

My favorite sandals of the summer are these Nine West gladiator flats that I bought for this trip. They were the only shoes that I brought and were perfect with every outfit.

The perfect blue nail color for every beach day!! All thanks to Smith & Cult Beat Street.

Last month I went to Cabo San Lucas and fell in love with this beautiful Mexican City! I was lucky enough to go with my best friend from college and I could not have asked for a better reunion with her. (This is the breathtaking view from the infinity pool at our hotel overlooking the city!)

I love this bikini top because it has adjustable straps and since it criss crosses in the back you have no bikini strings around your neck all day! This bikini is also perfect with any high waisted bottoms to transition into a top!

I am clearly on cloud nine to be in such a beautiful place

Beachy Inspo Quotes

As many of you know, I have been working on creating my own cheeky reversible bikini bottoms! I am a very hands on creative type so combining my love of swimwear and my own designs was a no brainer. I wanted to create something really versatile (the cheeky bottoms can be worn 4 different ways) but also something that could match with other pieces/brands. Then, the name äkwa swimwear was born! I sell my custom handmade cheeky bikinis on ETSY along with a couple other items of the moment that I create!

While working on my bikini bottoms a friend asked me for a couple of cute beach sayings and what a good way to display in her place would be. We put together 5 beach themed sayings (the ones above) so she could get them printed on canvas and I am obsessed with that idea! I collaged them together for the blog but she is getting them each printed on a white square canvas (SO CUTE). I can not wait to see how they look in her beach themed place!

Welcome Back !!

Hello my Wonderful & Beautiful readers!

I am doing something a bit different today because I have a lot I want to cover! It has been a while since my last post. I have been doing this blog for the past year and hate when I get distracted from it, but thats life. Anyway, I am back and have some exciting news to share!

So, since my last post, I moved to Miami, got a job at Luxury Brand Partners which creates amazing high end hair products for Oribe, R+Co, V76, Smith & Cult, and IGK Hair! I also started making my own reversible cheeky bikinis (but more on this later)! With all of this going on I have also been traveling and time just seemed to fly by.

During my absense from blogging, I realized that this past year I had been creating outfit posts to fit a cookie cutter fashion blog aesthetic. I have come to realize my favorite posts revolve around bikinis and that is why I have made the switch to be a Bikini Blog. I strongly believe that life is about the journey and constantly evolving is part of that. Styling Chaos has been an amazing creative outlet and I am so excited to see it (and myself) eveolve to really find a niche I am truely passionate about.

Now, to share a bit about äkwa swimwear!! I have started making my own cheeky reversible bikini bottoms by the name of äkwa swimwear and they is handmade by moi (from start to finish), fully seamless & reversible! I have created two simplified sizes and sell my cheeky bottoms on ETSY. I am incredibly proud to stand behind these cheeky bikinis and have received such amazing support so far I am forever grateful! äkwa swimwear is still new & growing so your support is not taken lightly.

With all of this being said, I am beyond excited to start my bikini blogging and provide a pleathura of bikini knowledge to everyone. Life is all about the journey and I can't wait to see where it takes me!
